I translated the UX wireframes into high-fidelity designs that brought the contractor financing flow to life. Working closely with the dev team, I ensured the visual design reinforced the information architecture, clear form progressions, contextual guidance, and visual hierarchy that made a complex process feel manageable. The client signed off on the wireframes immediately, which gave us confidence in the design direction before handoff.

When the portal launched, contractors moved through the financing process with minimal friction. The feedback was immediate and positive: the design clarity reduced confusion points that had typically bottlenecked earlier workflows. While Ygrene didn’t share specific adoption metrics, the operational lift was visible in contractor engagement and the speed at which they completed applications.
